Whether you are #microgapping, want a weekend alone together or want time away on your own, our two holiday cottages for couples and singles are located in the Vale of Pickering between Scarborough and Malton are the perfect destination for you. We offer the following:-
- 2 acres of gardens and woodland. Some of which we hope to set to meadow to help the local wildlife and some we hope will earn its keep by becoming a kitchen garden.

Pear Loft
Originally a space to store fruit, this has been a childrens play room as well in the past. Now Pear Loft is redecorated and part refurbished as a romantic self catering getaway with exposed oak beams. Pear Loft comprises a doubled bedroom, complete with chandelier, a comfortable sitting room with TV and DVD player and a spacious fully fitted kitchen with dining area and views over the garden. Spend time in our 2 acres acres of grounds, exploring our lavender lined path to our Orangery or explore our own private woodland.
Apple Cottage
Apple Cottage is converted from the laundry and apple store of Cliff House, a Grade II listed manor house, set within 2 acres of grounds (Apple Cottage sounds so much better than Laundry Cottage!). Recently redecorated, including locally sourced fabrics and crafts, this perfect little cottage comprises a private entrance to ground floor with a fully fitted kitchen and dining area. Apple welcomes one well behaved dog.
