Where better to stay? Set just on the edge of the fabulous North York Moors National Park and and a short drive from the beaches of the Yorkshire Coast. We can provide accommodation for groups of up to 19 guests across our 5 dog friendly self catering holiday cottages. We are also half way between between the South East of England and Scotland making Cliff House Holiday Cottages the perfect half way get together place for groups.
Cliff House Holiday Cottages is perfect for a relaxing, low-key celebrations with open log fires, 2 acres of grounds with play equipment, off road parking, games room and our very own indoor heated swimming pool . Our 5 cottages can be booked as a group, sleeping up to 19 people or mix and match for smaller groups – whether that is for long weekends, mid-week breaks or week-long holidays.

Our Facilities
Indoor Heated Pool
Measuring 9 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, the pool is a good size for family fun. With a new decked area for 2022, new shower and extra seating this is the perfect place to spend family time. For more details about our indoor heated pool, please look here.
Games Room
Above our indoor heated swimming pool, we have a games room complete with pool table (2 x 20p required – ask at Cliff House if you run out of change) and table tennis table. In addition we have a seating area to allow you to peruse the visitor information and leaflets that we provide in our small “visitor centre”. For more details have a look here.
Gardens and Play Equipment
The most easy to get to part of our garden is our play garden. In it we have a big grassy area, our ducks (come ask us for some feed), a big family sized picnic bench (complete with stone for putting disposable BBQs on), and giant wooden play centre with slide, climbing wall and scramble net.
