Located in the Vale of Pickering in North Yorkshire between Scarborough and east of Malton we have 5 self catering cottages all set within 2 acres of gardens and woodland with two ponds. We offer the following:-
- 2 acres of gardens and woodland. Some of which we hope to set to meadow to help the local wildlife and some we hope will earn its keep by becoming a kitchen garden.

SELF CATERING COTTAGES
A spacious 3 bedroom cottage that sleeps 6, enjoying a peaceful location overlooking the gardens. Entrance hall with adjoining WC. Large double – aspect lounge with open fire and flat screen television with Freeview and DVD player. Separate fully – fitted kitchen with dining area, dishwasher, microwave and fridge – freezer. First floor has a lovely double bedroom with TV, two twin bedrooms and bathroom with shower over bath and WC. This self catering cottage also has fitted stairgates to the top and bottom of the stairs. Full gas central heating. Private gravelled courtyard and parking for 2 vehicles.
A quirky cottage that sleeps five on three floors converted from the carriage house and stables. Small private courtyard. Entrance to hall, twin bedroom and bathroom | WC. Four steps down to fitted kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Arch through to lovely lounge with open fire, flat screen television, Freeview and DVD player. Large arched window (formerly barn doors) with views of village. First floor has double bedroom with exposed beams, single bedroom and WC. Full gas central heating. Private gravelled courtyard and parking for one vehicle.

Archway to lounge with open fire and flat screen television with Freeview and DVD player. Separate dining room and downstairs WC. First floor has large double bedroom with television, twin bedroom and bathroom | WC with shower over bath. Built in stair gate at the top of the stairs. Full gas central heating. Private gravelled courtyard and parking for one vehicle.
This romantic and cosy self catering cottage for two. Spacious fully fitted kitchen with dining area and views over the garden. Separate sitting room with flat screen television, Freeview and DVD player. Delightful double bedroom. Bathroom/WC. All rooms double height with exposed oak beams. Full gas central heating. Private parking in gravelled courtyard for 1 vehicle.
This romantic cottage sleeps 2. Converted from the laundry and apple store of the main house, an 18th century, grade 11 listed manor house. Private entrance to ground floor with fully – fitted kitchen and dining area. Double bedroom. First floor has a lovely, cosy lounge with views of the garden. Small bathroom and WC. Full gas central heating. Private gravelled courtyard and parking for one vehicle. Please note that due to the layout of the stairs, the cottage is only suitable for babies under 6 months.
