When you book accommodation through us, we will ask for Identity Data about any person or persons who are in your party for that booking. You confirm to us that you have authority to provide us with the Identity Data of that person or persons and you are responsible for ensuring that they are aware of the content of this privacy policy. Their personal data is also subject to this privacy policy.

We also collect, use and share data which has been aggregated (Aggregated Data), such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data may be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data does not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific feature of our website.
