WONDERFUL WEEK

We had a wonderful week staying here. Our daughter, SIL and two granddaughters in one cottage and we two in another. The pool was the centre of our holiday twice a day, the granddaughters absolutely loved it. The timed allocations worked perfectly for us. The rooms were lovely and clean with everything you’d need to self cater and then some – NORMAN

PLENTY TO DO

Clean, covid aware, top quality bed linen, very welcome welcome pack! Lovely family-run set of cottages in a lovely peaceful garden – one step in and I felt the stress leave me! Plenty to do – coast, moors, walks, steam trains, gardens, lavender fields, food markets – ANNA

FABULOUS WEEK

Just had the most fabulous week at Cliff House Holiday Cottages! We stayed in The Coach House, which completely suited our needs, and we were welcomed by Jacqueline, Alistair and family (incl dog, cat, chickens and ducks!) and the most delicious cake!! Loved swimming in the pool each day, the gardens are a delight and The Orangery perfect for late afternoon drinks and nibbles!! – DAWN

WALKING AND CYCLING

We were able to go walking and cycling from the property, the landscaped gardens and indoor heated swimming pool. The peace and quiet of the location was the reason for choosing this location. – ROSEMARY

SECOND VISIT!

Second time we have stayed here and will be coming back again. Standard of accommodation is very good, pool and pool house excellent and location is perfect. Alastair and Jacqui are lovely hosts and very helpful. Definitely recommend. – DUNCAN

SWIMMING POOL

The children took real advantage of the swimming pool using it morning, noon and night. Ebberston is ideally situated for the coast or dales and there are some lovely foodie towns nearby. The owners Jacqueline and Alastair were very helpful and discreet, and it was comforting to know we could call them if we had any problems. – ROBIN

IDYLLIC

Idyllic setting with beautiful gardens. Suitable for young children with a lovely warm pool. The owners are very friendly and welcoming. They live on site. Close to the beach, Dalby Forest and the trains at Pickering. – ESTHER

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Great place to stay, great location, great hosts. There is plenty of walking to do and places to explore by foot, plus plenty of moors to explore in the car. Close to Whitby for a car ride and far enough away to be really quiet and peaceful. – PAUL

FAB BREAK

Absolutely fab break. Wanted a quiet get away from it all and this is what we got. Sitting in the gardens and enjoying the sun but still near Whitby, Scarborough and the moors when we wanted a trip out. Beautiful gardens, great pool and lovely rooms. Thank you. – ELAINE
