Scarborough Gold Wing Light Parade 2021

News and Events, Places to Visit, Things to Do

Unfortunately the Gold Wing Light Parade 2021 has had to be cancelled.  For more details, please follow the link below.

The annual charity Scarborough Gold Wing Light Parade and Firework display will be held on Saturday the 11th of September 2021.  Cancelled in 2020, the all day event, which finishes with a fireworks display on the beach at South Bay in Scarborough, is organised entirely by volunteers to raise money for the Yorkshire Air Ambulance.  The day starts with a static display of these large iconic motorbikes followed by a parade of bikes decked out in lights in the evening as they parade along the promenade of North and South Bay in Scarborough.

If you want to attend the Scarborough Gold Wing Light Parade 2021, why not stay with us in our country cottages.  Set back from the coast by 12 miles and 20 minutes away, we can offer the best mix of what the Yorkshire Coast and Countryside has to offer.

For more information about the parade, please visit their website.
